Currently, our team consists of 34 of highly ambitious team players who truly want to make an impact and difference. We’re now looking for two Onboarding Specialist Interns to come join our team and support and drive successful onboarding for new customers, ensuring they reach value quickly and start their journey with Bookboost confidently and successfully. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our customer experience and a great entry point into Customer Success, Onboarding, or Operations within a fast-growing SaaS company.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will own the early stages of the customer journey, guiding new hotel customers from kick-off through setup, training, and go-live. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals, help them get started with Bookboost, and ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support new customers through a smooth, structured onboarding experience, from kick-off to confident go-live.
Customer Onboarding & Training
- Guide customers through the onboarding journey, from kick-off to confident go-live.
- Help customers with basic setup and configuration of the Bookboost platform
- Lead and support onboarding sessions, including introduction calls, product walkthroughs, and training sessions..
Customer Experience & Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with new customers and act as a trusted point of contact during onboarding.
- Understand each customer’s needs and translate them into clear onboarding goals and next steps.
- Deliver a consistently high-quality, service-minded customer experience.
Hospitality & Integrations Exposure
- Support customers during early integration phases (e.g. PMS and messaging tools), coordinating internally when needed.
- Learn how hotel operations work and how Bookboost fits into a hotel’s tech ecosystem.
- Explain technical or complex concepts in a simple, customer-friendly way.
Process, Metrics & Improvement
- Track onboarding progress and contribute to monitoring key onboarding metrics such as onboarding duration and activation milestones.
- Identify common challenges customers face and suggest improvements to onboarding materials or processes.
- Help improve how we onboard customers by contributing ideas, documentation, and feedback.
Who You Are
You’re structured, empathetic, and curious, with a strong interest in customer experience and technology.
You likely
- Have completed (or are close to completing) a degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, Administration, or a related field or have equivalent experience.
- Enjoy helping people understand new tools or processes.
- Are organised and able to manage multiple tasks or customers at the same time.
- Are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English, other languages are a plus
- Thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment where things evolve quickly.
